Welcome to Life is Now. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Life is Now.

By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our policies.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the site with parental permission.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS

We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, product appearance may vary slightly.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

SECTION 4 - PRICING

All prices are listed in Israeli Shekels (₪) and may change without notice.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via Israel Post.

Shipping cost is 35₪.

Delivery time is up to 7 business days from payment confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

Customers may cancel a transaction within 14 days from receiving the product, in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

No cancellation fees will be charged.

Returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the product is unused and in original packaging.

SECTION 7 - WARRANTY 

We provide a limited warranty period of 14 days from the date of delivery.

During this period, if the product is found to be defective or not functioning as intended, the customer may contact us for assistance.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

The company and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the service and/or the use of any product purchased through the website.

SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or misuse of products.

SECTION 9 - PRIVACY

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

Any disputes will be handled in Israeli courts.
