Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via Israel Post.

Shipping cost is 35₪ per order.

Orders will be delivered within up to 7 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on Israel Post and factors beyond our control. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur.

Pickup Timeframe
Orders selected for self-pickup must be collected within a reasonable time after the customer has been notified that the order is ready for pickup. If the order is not collected within this time, the company reserves the right to cancel the order or charge additional handling or storage fees.

Failure to Coordinate Pickup
If a customer selects the self-pickup option but does not coordinate the pickup in advance as required, the company shall not be responsible for any delays in providing the order
