Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days from the date you received your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received, along with proof of purchase.

Cancellation Policy (Israel)

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, customers may cancel a transaction within 14 days from receiving the product.

No cancellation fees will be charged.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-returnable items include:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
